Bereavement packages are available in the following varieties and are provided as our gift to you or your loved one.
Personalized Options
The following packages can be personalized with a name, picture, and rememberance dates.
For these packages, we will need a picture to be sent electronically or by mail. Please include the child’s or spouse’s full name and remembrance dates with picture. If no picture or alternate picture (ex. symbolic object or scene) is desired, please specify on the package request form.
Loss of a Child
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with your child's name, picture and rememberance dates placed next to the poem, Child of Mine. Any age is appropriate for this plaque. This package comes with a selection of grief recovery materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 11"x14" wall frame.
Loss of a Parent
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with the parent's name, picture and remembrance dates placed next to the appropriate poem, Father of Mine or Mother of Mine. This package includes a variety of bereavement materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 11"x14" wall frame.
Loss of a Sibling
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with the sibling's name, picture and remembrance dates placed next to the appropriate poem, Brother of Mine or Sister of Mine. This package includes a variety of bereavement materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 11"x14" wall frame.
